Registration for this event is open to all competitors in good standing with the Play! Pokémon program. Competitors must have active Play! Pokémon and RK9 accounts with current and accurate information. Please make sure your RK9 profile is accurate and complete before registering.

Competitor registration will be divided into two waves at the following times:

• Wave 1: September 22 at 7:00 pm BRT
• Wave 2: September 23 at 9:00 am BRT

Competitor registration will close on Sunday, November 15, 2026 at 11:59 pm BRT or when the tournament is sold out.

Spectator registration will open on Tuesday, September 29, 2026 at 7:00 pm BRT.

• Spectator passes will be available as multi-day (all days) or single day passes (valid Friday, Saturday, or Sunday).
• Multi-day: R$ 65
• Single day: R$ 25
• Spectator passes can be purchased online using a credit or debit card, or Pix payment.
• Children age 5 and under do not need to be registered in advance, and will instead be given wristbands on site at the event.
• A maximum of two Adult and three Youth Spectator passes may be purchased per account.
• The primary Adult 1 named in the order must always be the signed in RK9 account making the purchase.
• Each account is limited to one order, no matter the quantity ordered.
