Registration for this event is open to all competitors in good standing with the Play! Pokémon program. Competitors must have active Play! Pokémon and RK9 accounts with current and accurate information. Please make sure your RK9 profile is accurate and complete before registering.

Competitor registration will be divided into two waves at the following times:

• Wave 1: September 22 at 7:00 pm BRT
• Wave 2: September 23 at 9:00 am BRT

Competitor registration will close on Sunday, November 15, 2026 at 11:59 pm BRT or the tournament is sold out.
