Registration for the 2025 Pokémon World Championships closed Thursday, July 31 at 11:59 pm PDT.

• Competitors who wish to request an exception for late registration will need to file a ticket at support.rk9.gg with the following information:
• Player's full name
• Pokémon Player ID
• The specific game (TCG, VG, GO, or UNITE) you are qualified to participate in
• All late registration requests must be submitted by 3:00 pm PDT on Thursday, August 14. Any request submitted after that time will not be granted.
• Late registration requests will be reviewed starting Monday, August 4.
• Competitors who are granted late registration will be notified via an email reply to their support ticket, and will be able to register starting at 9:00 am PDT on Tuesday, August 5 when late registration opens.
• Late registration will close at 8:00 pm PDT on Thursday, August 14. No further registration will be allowed after that time.
