Before you can register, you will need to set up your RK9 profile. Pay special attention to certain fields that are required to register, such as your name, birthdate, country, and your Play! Pokémon Player ID (found on the Play! Pokémon screen of your profile). Video game, Pokémon GO, and Pokémon UNITE players will also need to add their trainer/screen names. Other fields may be required, based on the tournament.

- Refund requests must be received by 11:59 PM AEST on Tuesday November 9, 2023.
- Refunds requests received by the deadline will be granted for any reason and will have a 30% administration fee deducted from the entry fee. After this deadline, refund requests may be denied at the organizer's discretion.
- To request a refund, please email your request to eslpkmhelp@gmail.com with your full name, Player ID and the tournament you have registered for (TCG, VGC, GO).
- Spectator passes are non-refundable and non-transferable.
