Before you can register, you will need to set up your RK9 profile. Pay special attention to certain fields that are required to register, such as your name, birthdate, country, and your Play! Pokémon Player ID (found on the Play! Pokémon screen of your profile). Video game and Pokémon GO players will also need to add their trainer names. Other fields may be required, based on the tournament.

- All requests for refunds must be made by March 11, 2023. A $5 service fee applies to all refunds. Refunds will not be processed until March 13, 2023. To request a refund, email info@teamnw.net with your full name and player ID.

- Registrations are valid for the named player only, and are not transferable between players and/or tournaments.
