Before you can register, you will need to set up your RK9 profile. Pay special attention to certain fields that are required to register, such as your name, birthdate, country, and your Play! Pokémon Player ID (found on the Play! Pokémon screen). Video Game, Pokémon GO, and Pokémon UNITE players will need to add their trainer/screen names. Pokémon UNITE players will need to connect their Discord account via the Connected Accounts screen of your profile. Other fields may be required, based on the tournament.

Competitor refunds are available through 11:59 pm GMT on February 8, 2026, less a processing fee.
- 20% processing fee charged through 11:59 pm GMT on January 28
- 40% processing fee charged January 29 through 11:59 pm GMT on February 8
- No refunds after February 8, 2026
- Refunded amount equals the registration fee paid minus the processing fee
- Non-transferable
- Registrations are valid for the named player only, and are not transferable between players and/or tournaments.

Priority registration is open only for those invited players who have received an email from The Pokémon Company International. If you have questions about priority registration, please contact Pokémon Customer Support.
Open registration will begin on December 16, 2025.
Competitors may only participate in one (1) Europe International Championship main event tournament during the 2026 Europe International Championships. Registering for multiple tournaments will result in the removal of any additional registrations.
