Before you can register, you will need to set up your RK9 profile. Pay special attention to certain fields that are required to register, such as your name, birthdate, country, and your Play! Pokémon Player ID (found on the Play! Pokémon screen). Video Game, Pokémon GO, and Pokémon UNITE players will need to add their trainer/screen names. Pokémon UNITE players will need to connect their Discord account via the Connected Accounts screen of your profile. Other fields may be required, based on the tournament.

Refunds are available until one week before the event, minus a processing fee.
- 20% fee for cancellations submitted by 11:59 pm GMT, January 29
- 40% fee for cancellations submitted from January 30 to 11:59 pm GMT, February 12
- No refunds after February 12
- Refunded amount equals the registration fee paid minus the processing fee
- Non-transferable
- Registrations are valid for the named player only, and are not transferable between players and/or tournaments.

Competitors may only participate in one (1) Europe International Championship tournament during the 2025 Europe International Championships. Registering for multiple tournaments will result in the removal of any additional registrations.
