If this is your first time signing in to RK9.gg – welcome!
Before you can register, you will need to set up your RK9 profile. Pay special attention to certain fields that are required to register, such as your name, birthdate, country, and your Play! Pokémon Player ID (found on the Play! Pokémon screen). Video Game, Pokémon GO, and Pokémon UNITE players will need to add their trainer/screen names. Pokémon UNITE players will need to connect their Discord account via the Connected Accounts screen of your profile. Other fields may be required, based on the tournament.
NEW deadlines for the 2026 Regional Championships
- Registration will close on the Wednesday prior to the event at 11:59 pm tournament local time.
- Team list submission will close at 5:30 am tournament local time on Saturday morning of the event.

Competitor refunds are available through 11:59 pm CEST on September 7, 2025, less a processing fee
- 20% processing fee charged through 11:59 pm CEST on August 27, 2025
- 40% processing fee charged August 28 through 11:59 pm CEST on September 7, 2025
- No refunds after September 7
- Refunded amount equals the registration fee paid minus the processing fee
- Non-transferable
- Registrations are valid for the named player only, and are not transferable between players and/or tournaments.
