Before you can register, you will need to set up your RK9 profile. Pay special attention to certain fields that are required to register, such as your name, birthdate, country, and your Play! Pokémon Player ID (found on the Play! Pokémon screen of your profile). Video game, Pokémon GO, and Pokémon UNITE players will also need to add their trainer/screen names. Other fields may be required, based on the tournament.

- All Refunds will be less a 30% processing fee (this includes VIP Packages). VIP packages are linked to registrations, and can not be cancelled or changed individually.
- Refunds will not be honored after the deadline, no exceptions. (Request for onsite pickup of tournament items will be available.)
- Registrations are non-transferable between players and/or tournaments.
- Spectator pass orders are non-refundable.
