Before you can register, you will need to set up your RK9 profile. Pay special attention to certain fields that are required to register, such as your name, birthdate, country, and your Play! Pokémon Player ID (found on the Play! Pokémon screen). Video Game, Pokémon GO, and Pokémon UNITE players will need to add their trainer/screen names. Pokémon UNITE players will need to connect their Discord account via the Connected Accounts screen of your profile. Other fields may be required, based on the tournament.

- 20% processing fee charged through 11:59 pm BRT on October 29, 2025
- 40% processing fee charged October 30 through 11:59 pm BRT on November 16, 2025
- No refunds after November 16, 2025
- Refunded amount equals the registration fee paid minus the processing fee

- Registrations are valid for the named player only, and are not transferable between players and/or tournaments.

Competitors may only participate in one (1) Latin America International Championship main event tournament during the 2026 Latin America International Championships. Registering for multiple tournaments will result in the removal of any additional registrations.
