Before you can register, you will need to set up your RK9 profile. Pay special attention to certain fields that are required to register, such as your name, birthdate, country, and your Play! Pokémon Player ID (found on the Play! Pokémon screen of your profile). Video game and Pokémon GO players will also need to add their trainer names. Other fields may be required, based on the tournament.

- All refunds will be less a 30% processing fee.
- Refunds will not be honored after the deadline, no exceptions.
- Registrations are non-transferable between players and/or tournaments.
- Spectator pass orders and VIP packages are non-refundable and non-transferable between players and/or tournaments.
- Refunds are not available for Sunday's TCG Cup or VGC Challenge.
- To request a refund, please email info@day2events.com with your full name, player ID, and the tournament name.
