Before you can register, you will need to set up your RK9 profile. Pay special attention to certain fields that are required to register, such as your name, birthdate, country, and your Play! Pokémon Player ID (found on the Play! Pokémon screen). Video Game, Pokémon GO, and Pokémon UNITE players will need to add their trainer/screen names. Pokémon UNITE players will need to connect their Discord account via the Connected Accounts screen of your profile. Other fields may be required, based on the tournament.

Competitor refunds are available through 11:59 pm CDT on June 4, 2025, less a processing fee
- 20% processing fee charged through 11:59 pm CDT on May 21, 2025
- 40% processing fee charged May 22 through 11:59 pm CDT on June 4, 2025
- No refunds after June 4
- Refunded amount equals the registration fee paid minus the processing fee
- Non-transferable
- Registrations are valid for the named player only, and are not transferable between players and/or tournaments.

Competitors may only participate in one (1) North America International Championship main event tournament during the 2025 North America International Championships. Registering for multiple tournaments will result in the removal of any additional registrations.
