Before you can register, you will need to set up your RK9 profile. Pay special attention to certain fields that are required to register, such as your name, birthdate, country, and your Play! Pokémon Player ID (found on the Play! Pokémon screen of your profile). Video game, Pokémon GO, and Pokémon UNITE players will also need to add their trainer/screen names. Other fields may be required, based on the tournament.

- Refunds must be requested by 11:59 pm PDT on Friday, October 6, 2023.
- Refunds for TCG, VG, and GO will be granted for any reason (by 11:59 pm PDT on October 6, 2023) and will have a 30% administration fee deducted from the entry fee.
- Refunds will not be honored after the deadline, no exceptions.
- Registrations are non-transferable between players and/or tournaments.
- Spectator passes and all upgrade Stage 1, Stage 2 & VIP packages are non-refundable and non-transferable between players and/or tournaments.
- To request a refund, please email poke-event@hotmail.com with your full name, player ID and the game you're registered for (TCG, VG, GO).
