Before you can register, you will need to set up your RK9 profile. Pay special attention to certain fields that are required to register, such as your name, birthdate, country, and your Play! Pokémon Player ID (found on the Play! Pokémon screen of your profile). Video game and Pokémon GO players will also need to add their trainer names. Other fields may be required, based on the tournament.

- Refund policy
- All requests for refunds must be made by October 15, 2022. A full refund will be given to anyone unable to attend because of COVID. A $5 service fee applies to all other reasons. Refunds will not be processed until October 17, 2022. Request refunds by emailing pokemathter@gmail.com.

- Registrations are valid for the named player only, and are not transferable between players and/or tournaments.
