Before you can register, you will need to set up your RK9 profile. Pay special attention to certain fields that are required, such as your name, birthdate, country, and your Bandai TCG+ Member ID (not BCC ID, not BNID) entered on the Bandai Profile screen of your profile. If this is an online event, you will also need to connect your Discord account on the Connected Accounts screen. Other fields may be required for other tournaments.

• Deadline to request a refund is the Friday one week prior to the event.
• All refunds will be less a 30% processing fee.
• Refunds will not be honored after the deadline, no exceptions.
All refund requests must include the following information:
- Name
- Player ID Number
- Game & Event
- Non-transferable
- Registrations are valid for the named player only, and are not transferable between players and/or tournaments.

• Deadline to submit a decklist is the day prior to the event no later than 6PM Central.• Players are allowed to resubmit as needed up to the above deadline.
• Any submission received after 6PM Central will be considered late - no exceptions.
• All submissions must have a legal deck for the format of the event.
