Before you can register, you will need to set up your RK9 profile. Pay special attention to certain fields that are required to register, such as your name, birthdate, country, and your Play! Pokémon Player ID (found on the Play! Pokémon screen of your profile). Video game and Pokémon GO players will also need to add their trainer names. Other fields may be required, based on the tournament.

- Refund policy

All requests for refunds for the Regional Championship tournaments must be made by June 10, 2023. A $10 service fee applies to all refunds. Refunds will not be processed until June 12, 2023. To request a refund, email info@teamnw.net with your full name and player ID.
There are NO refunds for the TCG Premier Cup or the VG Premier Challenge.
