Registration for this event is open to all competitors in good standing with the Play! Pokémon program. Competitors must have active Play! Pokémon and RK9 accounts with current and accurate information. Please make sure your RK9 profile is accurate and complete before registration opens.
Competitor registration will be divided into two waves at the following times:
- Wave 1: September 23 at 7:00 pm BRT
- Wave 2: September 24 at 9:00 am BRT
Competitor registration will close on Sunday, November 16, 2025 at 11:59 pm BRT.
